Suggested Use:
Simmer 1 heaping Tbsp in 8–10 oz of hot water, covered, for 10 minutes, Cover & steep 10-15 more minutes. Strain Drink 2–3 cups daily. Sweeten with raw honey if desired.
Large batch (Thermos) Simmer 3-4 Tbsp in a quart of water, prepare as above. Keep in thermos or refrigerator.
Enjoy 1–3 cups per day as needed.
