The cream works great. I don't feel the aches and pains of carpal tunnel in my hand or wrists anymore. I'm so glad I bought it. One thing I wanted to let you know, when I first opened the cream, it seemed a little thick. I wasn't sure if the cold weather made the cream inside like that. But I tried again after letting it sit at room temperature, and it is fine now. But I just wanted to let you know. I can't wait to try the Big 3 Tea sample. :)
